We raised $650 for our Q2 2024 Charity of the Quarter, The Navigation Center. Marie Elana Roland from the Navigation Center came and spoke to us at our March Member gathering to tell us about their work. The Navigation Center takes a multi-faceted approach to helping those who are unhoused or at-risk of becoming unhoused. Each person is unique and faces individual challenges that require person-centered solutions. The Navigation Center serves as a central hub, connecting each family or individual with resources to help address their situation. They help people gain access to health and mental health care, and provide personalized case management to help those dealing with crises to find stability. They work with a coalition of providers to ensure positive outcomes for those they serve.
