Come see Golda with your humanist friends! We are going to the 3:45 PM showing at the Citadel Mall Stadium 16 Theater on Sunday, September 3, 2023. The film focuses on the intensely dramatic and high-stakes responsibilities and decisions that Golda Meir, also known as the ‘Iron Lady of Israel,’ faced during the Yom Kippur War. Helen Mirren stars as Golda Meir.

After the movie those who wish will go out for drinks and/or dinner. Last time we went to Frothy Beard Brewing, which worked pretty well. I’m also going to look into Taste of India as an option—good food that can accommodate any dietary preference. Alternative suggestions are welcome!
