Seven SHL members gathered at the Keith Summey Library in North Charleston for our September Craft and Chat on September 14, 2026—although, through a bit of accidental mis-coordination, we managed to split ourselves into two groups in adjacent rooms!
This month’s gathering included a special project: making colorful paper flowers for SHL’s upcoming Day of the Dead celebration. Ann supplied the materials and guidance, while participants folded, cut, and assembled flowers that will be used to decorate the event.
As always, Craft and Chat isn’t limited to the featured project. Members are welcome to bring whatever they’re working on and enjoy some conversation and creative company.
