We had another great turnout for the protest on Sunday, June 15, 2025 at Brittlebank Park in Charleston. More than a dozen SHL members joined motivated citizens from around the lowcountry to stand up for democracy, freedom and equality. It was another completely peaceful protest, and the police kept the two counter protesters (if you could even call them that–they couldn’t be bothered to even make a sign!) on the opposite side of Lockwood Dr.
