Today, people all over the country mobilized to say “Hands Off! to Donald Trump and Elon Musk. Trump & Musk are acting like this country belongs to them. They’re taking everything they can get their hands on, and daring the world to stop them. This mass mobilization was a message to the world that we do not consent to the destruction of our government and our economy for the benefit of Trump and his billionaire allies. Americans across the country marched, rallied, and protested to demand a stop to the chaos and to build an opposition movement against the looting of our country.
A protest in Summerville had a great turn out. Reportedly there were more than 1,000 protestors, and with the Flower Town Festival going on just down the street, a lot of people got to see us out there fighting for our country.
