Let’s gather to enjoy food, drink, good friends and the coming of longer days at the SHL 2023 Solstice Celebration, hosted at the home of Deb & Rob Britt. Members and nonmembers are welcome, and all are encouraged to bring drinks or a dish to share.
We will also be holding a white elephant gift exchange. Anyone who wishes to participate in the gift exchange should bring a wrapped gift. Not familiar with the idea of a white elephant gift exchange? It is a party game where amusing and impractical gifts are exchanged during festivities. The goal of a white elephant gift exchange is to entertain party-goers rather than to gain a genuinely valuable or highly sought-after item.
