|Kentucky Judge says law is unconsitutional|
A recently passed `homeland security' law in Kentucky states that people depend on `the Almighty' for their security. A Kentucky judge has ruled that this essentially requires people to believe in obey God and is therefore unconsitutional as it violates individual religious freedom.
I don't know, it seems to me that it wasn't so much of a law as a proclamation of what they saw as a fact. It isn't quite the same thing as saying that Kentuckians are behaving criminally if they don't obey God.
Here's an AP story on it: Google.com.
