bush: ok to give $ to discriminatory religious groups

Apparently, the Bush administration finally posted on the web what has clearly been their policy for a long time. Namely, that anti-discrimination laws designed to prevent government funds from going to discriminatory religious organizations don't apply to their administration, or the government, or anyone who gets government money to redistribute, or...anyone apparently for that matter. It's a good thing that there aren't too many people around like Bush and the crazy people in his administration, or this country would be in complete anarchy, with people insisting that laws don't apply to them whenever they happen to want to do something illegal.
